Get feedback

We'll look through your application and check whether your motivation fits our requirements. You can expect to hear back from us shortly after the application phase has closed.

What are we looking for in an applicant?

Motivation

Are you motivated to learn and develop yourself? Are you keen to collaborate with others? Are you interested in technology and future trends? The program requires you to learn and work independently and we appreciate the participation in events.

Commitment

As a participant you become part of a group project and your peers will rely on your contribution. We expect you to show commitment throughout the whole journey. Please don't take away a spot if you are not sure if you can commit to it.

Time Management

Can you invest at least 5 hours per week in the program over the full period? Our program is designed as part-time next to your regular day-to-day commitments. Please review how you will coordinate and dedicate your time before applying.

English

Are your English language skills sufficient? To have a good learning experience you should be able to understand our English learning materials and work within an international project group. Still, there is no need to speak it perfectly.

Community

Do you enjoy connecting with other individuals or would you like to practice your networking skills? Participating in the community is an essential part of the program. We offer virtual and in-person events to create a unique network.
